Tri-Cities Ladies Adventure Group was founded in 2023 by Rachael after hearing from clients about the challenges of making friends in adulthood.

Open to women of all ages (we have members from 20's to 70's)

This group is all about connection, community, building confidence and stepping outside of your comfort zone. Whether we’re out exploring or enjoying a good brunch, we’re here to build genuine friendships and have fun along the way.
